Physical training used in the development of Aikido use controlled relaxation, flexibility, and endurance, with less emphasis on strength training.

Aikido is suitable for most fitness levels and disregards size shape and gender stereotypes as being important.

Each class will begin with a set series of warm ups that teach the basic concepts of body movement, flexibility, rolling and simple technique.
